We are seeking an Operations Billing Specialist with expertise in payment posting to support customers with our Explanation of Benefits conversion solution.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in billing, revenue cycle management, operations, or a related field. Experience in payment posting is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management and financial operations.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues and develop scalable solutions.
• Proven experience in streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions with internal teams and customers.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, technologies, and processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in billing services and exposure to a variety of practice management systems

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and optimizing Explanation of Benefits posting workflows to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Collaborating with the product team to provide feedback on process inefficiencies and identify opportunities to enhance system automation.
• Establishing and maintaining scalable processes, with a focus on payment posting accuracy and compliance.
• Building and refining customer support infrastructure to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
