About The Position

DoorLoop is property management software built for speed and the smart choice for people who take growth seriously. With offices in Miami, New York City, and Tel Aviv, we’re a global company helping property owners and managers move faster, scale smarter, and get real support, real fast. We’re proudly People First. That’s why we’re a Certified Great Place to Work, recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Startup Employers (2024 & 2025), and highly rated on Glassdoor. We’re hiring a CX Operations Automation Engineer to scale and transform our Customer Experience operations through intelligent automation. This role sits within CX Ops and focuses on building AI-powered workflows and agents that eliminate manual work, improve decision-making, and enable proactive customer operations. You’ll use n8n as the primary orchestration layer, write custom code where needed, and apply LLMs and AI agents to real, production CX workflows. This is a hands-on builder role with direct business impact. You won’t be working on demos — you’ll be shipping systems used daily by CX teams.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in roles such as: Operations, CX Ops, BizOps, RevOps, or Technical Operations & Automation, Systems, or Applied AI roles
  • Deep, hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered automations
  • Strong experience with workflow automation tools (n8n or similar)
  • Ability to write production-quality code (JavaScript and/or Python)
  • Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and authentication
  • Operational empathy: ability to deeply understand CX workflows and edge cases
  • High ownership and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-driven automations and agents for CX Ops
  • Build workflows using n8n as the primary orchestration tool & custom JavaScript or Python for complex logic and integrations
  • Deploy dozens of AI-powered workflows within 6–12 months
  • Enable CX team members with >90% active usage of deployed workflows in their daily work
  • Measure impact via dashboards, QA checks, and iterative optimization based on user feedback
  • Monitor, debug, and continuously improve workflows for accuracy, reliability, and cost
  • Seed an AI-native culture within CX Ops by coaching internal “AI champions” & embedding reusable templates and automation patterns into team norms

Benefits

  • Unlimited paid time off: take unlimited personal, sick, and vacation days.
  • 401(k): plan for retirement with 4% matching and instant vesting.
