About The Position

IMMEDIATE FINANICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED. YOU CAN START IMMEDIATLEY. OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE INVESTOR RESPONSE FIRMS IN THE AREA YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT FOR THIS POSITION. IT REQUIRES A COMPUTER WITH WINDOWS 11 PRO OR A MAC OS 13 OR HIGHER -Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists. -Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals and voting options. -Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates. -Log information into Access Database -Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree required
Microsoft Office proficient
Excellent communication skills and email communication skills
It requires a computer with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac OS 13 or higher
