About The Position

IMMEDIATE CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST MEDICAL SUPPLY COMPANIES IN THE AREA FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY WITH ROOM FOR GROWTH MONDAY - FRIDAY 830AM-530PM OR 9AM-6PM PROVIDENCE, RI (ON SITE ONLY) $18/HR

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient

Responsibilities

  • Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Enter order-processing information quickly and accurately.
  • Ensure maintenance of manual order entry skills and supplies for use in the even of system failure.
  • Provide accurate service and pricing information
  • Complete all inquiries regarding trace requests and communicate status to customer(s).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by handling all complaints and referring them internally for action.
