Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• 1+ year(s) of industry experience
• Knowledgeable using tools, like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing and recurring requests

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day laboratory operations to keep the lab running safely and efficiently
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including packaging, labeling, tracking, and required shipping documentation
• Manage incoming deliveries and ensure materials are routed appropriately to laboratory teams
• Support laboratory safety standards and maintain compliant, organized lab spaces
