Essential Job Functions Monitors the status of shipments from pickup through delivery Enters shipment location, date and time into TMS Contacts carriers and drivers via phone, email or internet to determine driver location Escalates potential or existing service failures to Carrier Sales and Business Development Works closely with Account Managers, Account Executives and Carrier Sales Representatives to ensure service level expectations are achieved and clients are informed of shipment status Secures shipment and carrier documentation (bills of lading, PODs, etc.) Other duties as assigned
