Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Associate is a jack of all trades to assist in all aspects of branch activities. Through communication, decisions and behavior by example, an Operations Associate promotes a culture that works together to exceed all internal and external customers’ expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Maintain customer accounts in good financial standing
  • Check on payment status of open invoices
  • Run weekly aging reports, process monthly statements, and make copies of invoices/proof of deliveries
  • Complete daily invoice posting in an efficient error free manner
  • Customer Portal Work
  • Receiving paperwork and allocate orders, as needed
  • Answer all incoming phone calls, check voicemail box, greet all visitors, distribute incoming mail, reorder supplies and inventory
  • Additional general functions include; data entry, typing, correspondence drafting, office supplies orders and prepare customer statements
