Role Mission : The Campus Operations Associate plays a critical role in enabling a high-functioning campus by supporting all workstreams related to operations. This includes front office coordination, student information system maintenance, enrollment support, attendance monitoring, and auxiliary services related to transportation, facilities, and our child nutrition program. By ensuring operational excellence, this role frees instructional leadership and staff to focus on student learning and programmatic delivery, ultimately supporting IDEA’s mission that “all students are capable of getting to and through college.” This role will report to the Assistant Principal of Operations. What We Offer Compensation: Compensation for this role is set at an annual salary between $40,000 and $45,000 , commensurate with experience and in alignment with internal equity. This role is also eligible for a performance bonus based on team performance and goal attainment.
