About The Position

The Operations Associate will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and supporting the performance of our nationwide hospital network. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, this position offers a unique opportunity to combine analytical rigor, problem-solving, and hands-on operational leadership within a high-growth, private-equity-backed company. Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree required; undergraduate degree in business, finance, or economics preferred.
  • 3-–4 years of consulting, investment banking, or operational experience in a high-performance environment (e.g., management consulting, healthcare operations, private equity, or related industries).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence; ability to influence across teams.
  • Growth mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • A genuine interest in the healthcare or veterinary sector — and the opportunity to help shape a high-growth organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP of Operations to analyze performance, identify trends, and develop national programs and targeted action plans that improve hospital and district outcomes.
  • Support field operations initiatives — including process standardization, KPI reporting, and performance dashboards.
  • Lead special projects focused on scalability, growth, and efficiency in partnership with cross-functional teams (Finance, Recruiting, Medical Operations).
  • Assist in preparing quarterly business reviews, operating reports, presentations and board-level updates.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through business insights, modeling, and analytics.
