Provides outsourced operational/transactional business process support for clients. Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of both the client needs and contract. Duties typically include support for routine "back office" processes, data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings. Decision making is tightly controlled and defined at lower job levels while greater latitude is permitted at higher levels, all the while focused on efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments. -Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieves goals through own work -Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education -May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise -Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills -Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers -Solves a range of straightforward problems -Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures -Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction Functional Knowledge: -Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines Business Expertise: -Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work Leadership: -No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members Problem Solving: -Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents Impact: -Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies Interpersonal Skills: -Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
