Brief Overview of Position The Business Control Office (BCO) within Texas Capital Bank’s 1LOD is responsible for delivering a consistent approach to business operations, strengthening the company’s risk and control infrastructure, and providing effective enterprise services. The BCO partners with internal groups such as Audit, Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, and Legal to ensure robust risk management practices across the organization. We are seeking an Operations Associate to join the BCO group. This role will work with a team of 4–6 professionals and oversee the execution of operational risk and control activities, including the Risk and Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) program, and support Issues Management and Global Delivery functions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual contributor with strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
