Responsible for performing various duties related to the Operations area. Functions to include but not limited to answering internal and external customer questions, performing account maintenance and verification, reconciling the payment of monies to outside agencies, processing complex transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, resolving exception issues and understanding double entry bookkeeping as it relates to daily production work. Education and Experience: High School graduate, GED or equivalent experience Skills and Abilities: Customer service skills. Data entry skills helpful but not required. Basic accounting skills helpful but not required. PC skills in a Windows environment.
