In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our high-profile clients by delivering exceptional service and operational support for Alternative Investment transactions

Requirements

0-3 years of relevant experience
Ability to handle time effectively and clearly prioritize tasks
A self-starter with experience utilizing the Microsoft Office tools
Ability to stay calm and logically work through problems/issues as they arise, often under tight deadlines
Customer service oriented, able to handle multiple tasks at a time

Responsibilities

Provide phone support to high profile Financial Advisors and their support staff regarding Alternative Investment transactions, including subscriptions, transfers, redemptions, and document revisions/amendments.
Field and document anywhere from 30-50 phone calls per day on the Morgan Stanley Service Network via Genesys phone routing system
Maintain detailed call log documentation utilizing Salesforce CRM software.
Partner with various teams within Morgan Stanley Client Solutions & Investment Solutions organizations such as Reg D, Transactional Processing, Product Management, Product Development, Platform Solutions, etc. on processing requests
Engage in Ad Hoc projects that supports various Alternative Investment Operations teams.
Provide World Class Service to Financial Advisors and their support staff.
Participate in continuous educational training sessions to maintain knowledge of Alternative Investment products and systems.
Follow professional telephone etiquette on all calls and handle interactions in a professional manner to maintain caller satisfaction.
Ensure high service quality during interactions on inbound/outbound calls.
Adhere to required schedule adjustments across the day.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a hybrid environment (in-person & remote).
