This role is designed for a high-potential operations professional seeking a long-term path into executive leadership. The Operations Analyst will work directly with senior leadership within a well-established, high-performing specialty healthcare organization to support daily operations, improve business performance, and execute key strategic initiatives. This is not a back-office analytics role. The position offers hands-on exposure to the operational, financial, and strategic aspects of a complex, multi-provider medical practice. The individual in this role will be mentored and developed with the expectation of growing into a senior leadership position over time.
