You will play a critical part in launching new insurance payors, optimizing operational workflows, and supporting scalable systems that empower providers and patients alike. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or a related operational role, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Proven ability to analyze data using Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables, and translate findings into process improvements.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment, demonstrating adaptability and comfort with shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, structured thinking, and curiosity, with bonus points for exposure to SQL, automation tools, or CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously improve workflows that increase the speed and efficiency of payor launches, leveraging automation and no-code tools to streamline operations.
  • Analyze operational data, build reports, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements that support business objectives.
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators to ensure the health and success of payor launches, proactively identifying risks and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Credentialing, Billing, Growth, Customer Support, and Technology to maintain scalable, efficient, and patient-centered systems.
  • Support the development of scalable operational processes that ensure providers are efficiently onboarded and reimbursed accurately and on time.
