About The Position

Schedule – Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs. On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at your job location during the scheduled hours. Must be able to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting work.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, administrative, or construction-related roles.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
  • Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
  • Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
  • Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a corporate office environment highly preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support across headquarters, warehouse, and jobsites.
  • Assist with workflow coordination and organization to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient yard/warehouse environment.
  • Perform inventory checks, material staging, and stock organization.
  • Support warehouse and operations teams with daily fulfillment needs.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries and logistics activities.
  • Schedule deliveries and communicate timelines with drivers, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Prepare delivery documentation, including packing slips, confirmations, and paperwork.
  • Enter and maintain orders, invoices, and delivery records while supporting documentation and process improvements.
  • Support sales through order processing, pricing coordination, quantity takeoffs, quote preparation, and cross-team customer service.
