About The Position

Assist our operations manager in overseeing the daily operations of our commercial cleaning services, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence. Assist in training new Area Managers or starting new accounts when necessary. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Perform site visits to accounts to ensure quality expectations are met. Prepare and present operational reports to the operations manager. Assist the operations manager in developing and implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. Fill in for the operations manager as needed. Flexible schedule and ability to travel as required.

Requirements

  • SCC employees are about 90% Spanish-speaking. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is strongly needed to effectively communicate with employees. The ability to speak and write in both languages is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Excel, including knowledge of formulas, tables, and data manipulation for organizing and analyzing data.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory abilities.
  • Experience in customer service and client management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
  • Working an on-call schedule is required.
