The Operations and Licensing Administrator provides senior level operational, fiscal, and licensing leadership for the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission. This position is responsible for managing statewide liquor licensing operations, supervising the licensing division, overseeing budget and expenditure monitoring, and implementing process improvements to ensure efficient, consistent, and compliant regulatory services. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Operations and Licensing Administrator serves as the central point of accountability for licensing workflows, internal controls, and operational performance, while supporting executive decision making through data analysis, policy recommendations, and organizational coordination.
