About The Position

Description Financial & Operational Analysis Support property-level and corporate budgeting and forecasting processes Prepare ad-hoc reports and performance analyses for management Analyze KPIs across slots, table games, hotel, food & beverage, labor, and other departments Assist with variance analysis and margin improvement initiatives Identify performance trends, cost drivers, and operational opportunities Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Gaming and hospitality departments as well as Accounting, Finance, IT, BI, Marketing, Design & Construction, and Property operations teams Collaborate with corporate and property leadership on financial and operational initiatives Support preparation of materials for executive and senior management review Systems & Analytics Utilize Excel extensively for modeling, reporting, and analysis Work with data from Oracle ERP and variety of internal reporting systems Exposure to Cognos, SQL, Power BI, Power Query, or AI-enabled tools is a plus Professional Development Gain hands-on exposure to gaming and hospitality financial operations Develop strong business and operational acumen Build foundational skills in FP&A, performance management, and financial and operational storytelling Learn best practices from a highly collaborative, high-impact analytical team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, hospitality or related field 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships considered) Advanced Excel proficiency required Exposure to Oracle ERP preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate insights clearly and professionally Eligible for gaming registration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, hospitality or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships considered)
  • Advanced Excel proficiency required
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and professionally
  • Eligible for gaming registration

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Oracle ERP preferred
  • Exposure to Cognos, SQL, Power BI, Power Query, or AI-enabled tools is a plus
