We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as an Operations Analyst in Lebanon, IN. Job Summary: This Operations Analyst is part of our Digital Solutions & Operational Analytics team. The incumbent plays a critical role in supporting logistics, warehouse, and operations planning through advanced data analysis, digital tooling, and process automation. This position combines traditional logistics planning responsibilities with ownership of digital solutions, analytics, automation, and cross-functional operational support. The role requires a high degree of independence, strong time management, and deep technical capability to design, maintain, and continuously improve reporting, applications, and automated workflows that directly support material flow, operational execution, and decision-making. The analyst works closely with Logistics, Operations, Process, and IT partners to ensure systems, data, and tools enable efficient and reliable execution across the supply chain. Additional Info: This role is located in Lebanon, IN and does not offer relocation This role is 1st shift This role is 100% on-site with no opportunity for hybrid or remote schedules This role requires up to 25% travel between Lafayette IN and Lebanon IN Occasional off-hours support for critical operational incidents
