Operations Analyst
About The Position
We’re looking for an Operations Analyst who’s excited to jump in, figure things out, and help us scale. This isn’t a “watch and learn” role—you’ll be doing real work from day one. Dispel provides Zero Trust Access solutions to industrial organizations, specializing in products like Secure Remote Access and Data Streaming. As a leading provider in moving target defense-based Zero Trust Access, we cater to sectors including manufacturing, utilities, building management, and government. Our customers include Fortune 500 firms in food & beverage, automotive, cosmetics, oil & gas, energy, chemicals, and consumer goods. You’ll sit at the center of the business, working across Product, Engineering, and more to keep things running, fix what’s broken, and build better ways of operating. Requirements
- Are a recent grad or early in your career (no specific major required)
- Are naturally curious and love solving problems

- Are excited by fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Jump into day-to-day operations and help keep the business moving
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, and other teams
- Spot inefficiencies and help build smarter, faster processes
- Troubleshoot issues and unblock teams when things get stuck
- Get hands-on with internal tools, systems, and data
- Take ownership of projects and grow your scope quickly
