This is a 10-Month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data operations, reporting, or analyst roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, graphs).
  • Foundational knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience in Data Entry.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills; able to shift focus as needs change.
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, organized, and dependable, with strong follow-through.
  • Clear and responsive communicator who ensures consistency and alignment in all interactions.
  • Comfortable working within structured workflows, SLAs, and established processes.
  • Collaborative team player who partners effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high visibility and tight timelines.
  • High School Diploma required.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Power BI, Workday, and Adaptive Planning is a plus.
  • Experience with ServiceNow WFM and Magnit platforms is a plus.
  • Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process new intake requests daily, ensuring all required data is complete, accurate, and validated.
  • Review existing requests to identify and execute the next required action, preventing delays or missed steps.
  • Submit approval requests promptly and maintain the tracking file with accurate, real-time updates.
  • Ensure all communications follow established guidelines and maintain regular, professional, and timely engagement with stakeholder groups.
  • Prepare materials and updates for weekly hiring review calls.
  • Complete assigned reconciliations by the required deadlines, following provided guidelines.
  • Conduct proactive audits of hiring records to identify and flag potential issues.
  • Produce ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Escalate overdue items daily to prevent workflow bottlenecks.
  • Provide feedback and insights that support continuous improvement of workflows.
  • Work under the guidance of the Hiring Process Lead and partner closely with Engineering Operations, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Managers.
