About The Position

Providing oversight of company data management systems and programs, including analysis, reporting, and governance of core business data. Serves as a cross-functional liaison between Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to ensure data accuracy, visibility, and informed decision-making.

  • 3+ years of data management experience, preferred.
  • High school diploma required.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, data management systems, database. Technologically proficient
  • Well-developed verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and analyze Item Master data, Sales Forecasts, Pricing, and Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and system reconciliation
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze KPI dashboards and recurring management reports; identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
  • Support demand planning, forecasting, and ad hoc business analysis for operations and supply chain planning
  • Maintain calendars for permits, licenses, and audit renewals; provide reporting and status updates to stakeholders
  • Manage and validate company information across third-party, vendor, and customer portals
  • Maintain document control systems, including version management and audit readiness
  • Provide analytical and project management support for cross-functional initiatives, including data gathering, tracking milestones, and reporting progress
  • Partner with internal teams to improve data integrity, reporting processes, and system utilization
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
