Job Summary and Qualifications As an Operation Analyst , you will be responsible for assist ing the c ompany in monitoring and optimizing operations. You will also interpret, design , and develop appropriate analyses to solve complex operational and/or financial problems. You will also assist with developing and reviewing any reports necessary to support Parallon operations, including the development of tools to effectively measure performance.

  • Access data for analysis using business intelligence tools ( e.g. Tableau, MicroStrategy Visual Insight, SQL, Power BI, etc.)
  • Develop and produce month-end reports for internal and external use.
  • Support department in retrieving and organizing the necessary data for reporting.
  • Communicate results of the analysis to various levels of the organization including Executive Leadership.
  • Establish benchmark performance metrics for services, centers , and employees
  • Develop, analyze and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Review efficiency and effectiveness of operations workflows/procedures.
  • Evaluate inventory strategies, including conducting champion challenger tests
  • Create process documentation
  • Ad hoc client profitability/performance analysis; account for business changes.
  • Revenue forecasting and budgeting.
  • Operational modeling based on fixed variables and key business drivers.
  • Pre-sale pricing models and post-mortem for live clients.
  • BA/BS with coursework in MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science OR 3+ years in Report/Business Analyst role.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience performing significant data and process analysis, including ad hoc queries, metric development, process flows , and comparative analyses. ( e.g. Tableau, MicroStrategy , Visual Insight, SQL, Power BI, etc.)
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with PC-based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking , and/or evaluation of business processes required .
  • Demonstrated understanding of data modeling (relationships, data types, tables, etc.) and analytics concepts (queries, reporting, and association of data sources) required .
  • SQL experience and Six Sigma experience (Green Belt equivalent) are a plus.
