About The Position

We are seeking an Operations Analyst who is passionate about using data to drive extraordinary care and operational excellence. The Role As an Operations Analyst, you will be the bridge between clinical data and strategic action. You’ll support our financial, administrative, and clinical departments by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. Working closely with executive leadership and department directors, you will identify trends, solve problems, and develop recommendations that directly improve the performance of Lincoln Surgical Hospital and our partner surgery centers. Schedule: Full-time (80 hours per pay period) | Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Technical Edge: High proficiency in SQL, SSRS, Python, Excel, and Microsoft PowerBI (or equivalent systems).
Experience: Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred, though a strong combination of education and training will be considered.
