As an Operations Analyst for Supply Chain Perioperative Services at Cleveland Clinic, you will partner with surgical units to deliver data-driven insights across operational resources, systems, budgets, and workflows. You will support procedure card optimization and help advance perioperative supply chain strategy within a world-class, patient centered healthcare organization. This role offers strong exposure, meaningful impact, and excellent opportunities for professional growth. A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule at Main Campus Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field and two years experience with demonstrated knowledge of applied statistics and financial analysis with a quantitative focus or Associates Degree and four years experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and evaluation of current and proposed operational unit services and performance.
  • Identify programs/service strengths, weaknesses, and financial impact.
  • Serve as technical resource in the analysis and evaluation of the operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units as related to departmental resources, services, systems, budgets, and programs.
  • Interprets and presents data analysis results including explanation of statistical and financial techniques used, assumptions made and summary of results.
  • Assist with the development of operational plans, procedures, and systems; reviews and evaluates current procedures and systems and develops recommendations for improvement and/or change.
  • Participate in, or lead, workstream to drive supply standardization or implementation
  • Support sustainment and maintenance of various elements of the preference card, procedure card, or periop strategy and systems overall
  • Identify, present, or collaborate on any value analysis or waste reduction opportunities that fall within the scope of the periop team strategy or goals
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative Caregivers on all levels to work towards a common goal of standardization and efficient workflow in the periop environment
