The Operations Analyst Principal compiles information to help make decisions regarding military strategy. Responsibilities managing people and resources. Excellent communication, influence, and leadership skills. Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials. Experience in briefing and directly supporting General and Flag level Officer and Senior Executives. Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as other government FAR and Directive 70-1. Maintains current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Creation, maintenance, and updating of financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required. Conducting plans and providing recommendations to the client on task workloads Ensuring team members understand and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members. Utilize relevant technologies and services while being prepared to include emerging tools and procedures as necessary.
