Requirements

Exposure to financial services and a general understanding of portfolio management and accounting with a focus on security classifications and processing
Strong verbal and written skills
Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
Able to adapt to a changing environment
Team player, self- directed, motivated and goal-/service- oriented
Maturity and professionalism are important because the role is responsible for market data that affects accounts with significant assets under management

Responsibilities

Perform daily Market Data tasks related to security set-up, classification, prices, and corporate actions
Receive and handle inbound client and Data Analyst (DA) inquiries and issues
Provide resolution for client and DA inbound inquiries
Use all productivity tools available within Advent in the resolution of client inquiries
