We're looking for a Market Data Services Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll support our Index Licensing business by managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, and maintaining data accuracy across our systems. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
0-2 years of experience in an analyst or customer-facing role.
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Alteryx.
Experience in financial services, licensing, or client operations.
Interest in capital markets or fintech.

Responsibilities

Support client onboarding by providing product information, coordinating orders, and managing billing and reporting processes.
Analyze and track licensing requirements for Index products, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, working with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
Maintain database integrity and reconcile customer fees with accuracy and attention to detail.
Create reports and insights to support internal teams and improve customer experience.
