About The Position

The Operations Analyst III will play a critical role in supporting the Legal and Corporate Affairs Knowledge and Enablement Management (KEM) team during a four-month contract period. This position focuses on enterprise policy updates, knowledge article publishing, and operational support to ensure the seamless continuation of knowledge operations workflows. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong project coordination and administrative skills.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in knowledge management/operations, legal operations, or a similar field.
Strong project coordination and administrative skills.
Experience with content management systems and documentation workflows.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Salesforce platforms and knowledge base management.
Familiarity with legal or compliance documentation.
Background in policy management.
Knowledge of AI/agent content preparation.

Responsibilities

Knowledge Article Management:
Support knowledge updates and publishing across Confluence.
Assist with knowledge content governance and quality assurance processes.
Support CAP Compass content updates and cross-linking initiatives.
Help maintain AI-ready knowledge formats and structures.
Policy & Documentation Support:
Assist with enterprise policy management, updates, and publication in Confluence.
Assist with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) reviews and updates.
Administrative & Project Support:
Help manage the queue of knowledge requests with the team and assist with matters ticketing and workflow improvements.
Support management of legal knowledge subscriptions and Do Not Call list management and updates.
Submit regular status reports on progress.
