JOB SUMMARY: This is an Operations Analyst II position in the General Tax Administration Program, Refunds and Revenue Accounting Process, Vouching Unit. The incumbent processes warrant cancellations in FLAIR, maintains an accurate tracking log, and forwards warrant cancellation forms to Department of Financial Services (DFS) and/or Computer Audit Analysts daily. The incumbent also reviews and verifies cancellation comments in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX), scans and maintains warrant cancellation forms upon completion in the internal database, and verifies customer account information in SUNTAX. In addition, the incumbent processes and reconciles vouchers and backup financial worksheets in FLAIR for accuracy and serves as the team lead, supporting the operational goals of the process by identifying areas for improvement and recommending and implementing process enhancements.
