This is an Operations Analyst II position in the General Tax Administration Program, Account Management Process, Records Management Unit. The incumbent performs quality assurance reviews of registration applications, account maintenance tasks, and forms processed in Account Management; works with various areas to resolve issues related to account creation, account maintenance activities, and problem resolution; and assists the training team in developing procedures, writing manuals, and maintaining existing manuals. The incumbent also researches and drafts responses to inquiries concerning Account Management issues; utilizes various software to compile and analyze data and produce narrative, tabular, and graphical reports; and applies various research techniques to operational problems to identify systemic causes or errors and uses other methods to develop recommendations.
