About The Position

Serves as a technical practitioner in areas relevant to the project. Provides support services related to refining or tracking actions to operate efficiently. Must be capable of demonstrating experience in conducting analysis and developing solutions and in the application of information technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience is required.
  • As a substitute, ten (10) years of additional direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.
  • Clearance Type: TS/SCI (minimum Secret at hire)

Responsibilities

  • Produces and reviews technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of specific technical areas.
  • Coordinates and schedules Video Teleconferences for Senior Leadership.
  • Serves as the facility maintenance POC for the PEO.
  • Recommends measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of product or service, and suggests changes to increase efficiency.
  • Tracking special duty and ad hoc actions.
  • Coordinating facilities management.
  • Submitting Work Orders in support of facilities maintenance and computer repair services.
  • Tracking and managing internal communications and workflow using SharePoint or other designated systems.
  • Preparing documentation to support equipment purchases and management.
  • Verifying security clearances, providing security access badging, providing Security Management Organization (SMO) code via the Defense Information Security System (DISS) (formerly Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)), and coordinating and providing escort duties.
  • Participating in recurring meetings.
  • Submitting requests or tickets for service.
  • Writing and updating scenarios for operational planning and emergency preparedness.
  • Preparing quarterly/annual reports.
  • Working with the APG Installation Management Command (IMCOM) to complete Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) IAW AR 5-18 on a quarterly basis and updating the stationing plan if/when there is a growth to the organization.
  • Participating in IPTs and coordination meetings.
  • Attending and coordinating all high visibility visits by conducting tasks such as: scheduling office calls, creating agendas, arranging transportation, providing meal plans, providing administrative and protocol expertise, providing audio visual support, and printing briefing packages.
  • Safeguarding and delivering Government material.
  • Coordinating and aligning meetings.
  • Preparing meeting minutes.
  • Transporting VTC equipment and ensuring VTC connectivity for the CPE.
  • Developing materials or presenting training for professional development.
