Scope: Provide services in support of development, training, and tracking of the CPE IEW&S workforce. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Track workforce training and development. Maintain the training tracking system, analyze training needs and schedule training. Track and report on acquisition certification status. Post, track, correct, and update the Human Resources SharePoint site. Maintain awards program data and operations such as: Posting announcements. Proofing and verifying nominations meet requirements. Proofing packages are complete and meet suspense deadlines. Conduct database management of HR personnel sites; handles Personally Identifiable Information (PII) information. Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, documents and PowerPoint presentations for recurring submissions to higher headquarters. Maintains logs, records, archives and/or working files. Staff correspondence, prepare reports and arrange meetings.
