About The Position

The Operations Advisor plays a key role in supporting daily operational efficiency, process improvement, and project execution across the organization. This position provides guidance and analytical support to leadership and field teams to ensure company goals are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all policies and procedures. The Operations Advisor will work closely with management to identify opportunities for operational optimization, resource allocation, and performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business advisory roles (industrial, manufacturing, or construction experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data to drive operational decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Advise operations leadership on strategic and day-to-day decisions that impact productivity, cost control, and safety.
  • Analyze operational performance data and prepare reports or recommendations for process improvements.
  • Support coordination between departments to ensure workflow efficiency and effective communication.
  • Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements.
  • Provide operational insight during project planning, execution, and closeout phases.
  • Participate in workforce planning and assist with staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation as needed.
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives to improve team performance and understanding of operational expectations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with teams to develop solutions.
  • Conduct field visits to evaluate processes, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to operational standards.
