About The Position

We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Advisor- Data Analyst to join our team and provide hands-on support to franchisees. This role is ideal for someone who is data driven, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about operational excellence.

Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 4 years of relevant experience
Strong financial literacy: ability to interpret P&L statements, tax returns, and other financial documents
Excellent communication skills: able to present to groups and write clear reports
Tech-savvy: quick to learn new systems; familiarity with MS Office, CRM platforms, and accounting software is a plus
Valid driver’s license, passport, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
Located within 30 minutes of a major airport
Must possess a credit card with available credit for reimbursable travel expenses

Responsibilities

Drive financial accuracy and integrity across the franchise network by ensuring complete and compliant royalty reporting.
Manage, analyze, and interpret data from CRM and reporting systems to track performance, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
Prepare and deliver monthly executive-level reports highlighting key financial, compliance, and operational insights.
Partner with franchisees to strengthen operational performance through training, coaching, and reinforcement of brand standards and best practices.
Travel to new offices to deliver launch program to position new franchisees for long-term success.
Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, improve compliance controls, and increase network profitability.
Conduct franchise visits, performance assessments, and outreach to maintain strong relationships and brand consistency.
Support audits, resolve reporting discrepancies, and contribute to company communications, special projects, and strategic initiatives.
Travel up to 50% as required to support franchise engagement and business needs.
