The Operations Administrator is a key partner in keeping our manufacturing facility running smoothly and efficiently. This role works side-by-side with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of production processes, resource allocation, and compliance with company policies. Requirements

  • Must be able to handle/adjust/inspect/position various items and equipment - Occasionally

  • Must be able to distinguish and detect information such as writing and defects - Frequently

Responsibilities

  • Production Support: Support and coordinate production activities by ensuring materials, equipment and resources are available when needed
  • Create production jobs and accurately assign materials to each job to keep workflows moving without interruptions
  • Document Management and Compliance: Prepare, print, organize and maintain Device History Records (DHRs) routers, and job packets to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
  • Match job packets to orders and organize product in FIFO order to maintain compliance and traceability
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Perform data entry and generate reports related to production, inventory levels, and resource utilization
  • Assist with inventory management to support accurate tracking and availability of materials
  • Process Assistance: Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Assist in implementing workflow enhancements that help optimize overall operational performance
