Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Good communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance

Nice To Haves

  • Previous administrative experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist with new hire onboarding and document collection
  • Maintain and organize employee records and paperwork
  • Review timecards to ensure completion and required details are included
  • Answer inbound calls and route or follow up as needed
  • Schedule meetings and support daily office coordination
  • Enter and update data in company systems accurately
  • Assist with tracking job updates and communicating with field teams
  • Help organize daily and weekly reports for leadership review
  • Support basic billing tasks by organizing documents and flagging missing information
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow
