This position is critical to the ministry of Sky Ranch and contributes directly to our mission of leading youth and families to know and follow Christ. The Operations Administrator and Retail Supervisor supports the ministries of Sky Ranch by creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and supporting the Horn Creek staff with resources and administrative services. This person helps to equip individual staff and entire departments with the tools they need to serve our guests with excellence. This person is a vital coordinator of special events in Horn Creek that help to reflect the vision, mission, and values of Sky Ranch. This position also oversees our retail shop/Peak Treats and works closely with the Retail Director.
