The Operations Admin (Ops Admin) is vital to Ostrom’s daily data management. Your goal is to take ownership of established administrative processes, ensuring integrity and accuracy in the data.

Responsibilities

  • Follow established workflows for recurring data entry and collection tasks.
  • Support the HR Specialist by inputting and auditing payroll data while maintaining strict confidentiality regarding employee pay.
  • Identify and report "broken" data or inconsistencies in the system to your manager immediately.
  • Reach out to various department managers to collect necessary reports or data points, using persistence to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Adapt to new data-related tasks as they are developed, learning new workflows quickly and efficiently.
