About The Position

We are a growing residential HVAC company backed by a nationally recognized franchise , and we’re looking for an Operations Admin / Dispatch Coordinator to help support day-to-day operations as we continue to expand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands HVAC service operations, and is excited to help build and grow a business from the ground up .

Requirements

• Experience using ServiceTitan
• Previous experience in dispatching or operations within an HVAC, plumbing, or home service company
• Experience managing suppliers and job materials
• Experience preparing quotes or assisting with sales
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High-energy personality with a “hustle” mindset
• Excited about helping grow a new and expanding business

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians and manage daily service schedules using ServiceTitan
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient routing and job completion
• Manage supplier relationships and assist with ordering equipment and materials
• Prepare customer quotes and proposals
• Support basic sales activities and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate job records and scheduling within ServiceTitan
• Assist with operational coordination as the business continues to grow
