About The Position

The Operations Account Management Intern will play a key role in supporting the Account Management team by contributing to process improvement initiatives, data analytics, and client account management activities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operational strategy and client service while helping shape specific objectives based on evolving business needs. Day to Day Opportunities for Impact Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies within current workflows and recommend solutions to optimize operations. Support documentation and implementation of new processes and best practices. Data Analytics: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and account-related data to uncover trends and opportunities. Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making and performance tracking. Account Management Support: Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure client needs are met and service levels are maintained. Assist in preparing client-facing materials, presentations, and status updates. Strategic Projects: Contribute to special projects aligned with business priorities, including automation, reporting enhancements, and customer experience improvements. Essentials Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
