About The Position

The Operational Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient day-to-day business operations. This role supports cross-functional teams by managing processes, analyzes current workflows while pinpointing areas for improvement, and provides administrative and operational support. The Operational Support Specialist balances short-term operational needs with long-term strategic goals. The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial as you support the organization through transformative initiatives aimed at optimizing performance and achieving operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, operational support roles or process improvement roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing operational initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational activities to ensure business continuity and efficiency.
  • Assist with process documentation, workflow updates, and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation, and task coordination.
  • Monitor and escalate operational risks, bottlenecks, or service issues.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Respond to internal inquiries and provide guidance on operational policies and processes that drive operational excellence.
