About The Position

The role is for an energetic operational support professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats to manage a busy branch office. This person will be a reliable, well-organized individual capable of handling day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. Responsibilities include compliance for purchasing, accounting, credit/collections, IT, and overall administrative requirements, as well as effectively handling Human Resources administration and employee relations programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks.
  • Strong leadership qualities.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Manage records and information.
  • Perform accounting and/or financial analysis.
  • Monitor credit and collections activities.
  • Manage daily conversion of quotes to work orders.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices.
  • Provide HR administrative assistance to management teams.
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication.
  • Perform general office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.).
  • Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
