Role Description GFiber Business Analysts are responsible for documenting and driving the use cases in collaboration with the business teams.. The projects are related to software developed by the systems and tools teams and overseeing the development of home routers for GFiber customers. GFiber systems leverage cloud based deployments environments. The suite of systems and tools includes applications (iOS and Android), customer web based portal, back-end systems built on Salesforce, Fiber Management systems, customer agent and ticketing tools, OSS, ERP and billing systems. The wide spectrum of systems and tools provides opportunity for technical growth to business analysts in a fast paced environment. This role will be focused on managing the systems deployed in the field currently based on the OSS and Cloud platforms.
