About The Position

Operational Planner, Senior The Opportunity: As an Operational Planner you’ll bring your analytical, technical, and tactical expertise to work on projects for maritime fires. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes, as part of service/joint missions. You’ll guide the work we do for the U.S. Navy and the solutions we deliver for defense mission planning. You served your country, now continue your mission with us. Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD)
• Experience serving on a flag or general officer staff
• Experience in all phases of the military exercise planning cycle
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Graduate of the Naval War College Maritime Operational Planners Course (MOPC)

Nice To Haves

• 10+ years of experience support the Department of Defense at the O-4 level or higher preferred
• Experience in a warfare area that focuses on the fires process such as Surface Warfare Officer or Field Artillery
• Experience working in the Indo-Pacific AOR
