About The Position

As Operational Planning/Buyer Support, you will be responsible for conducting routine material planning processes, placing and monitoring orders statuses, calculating order quantities and timings, and resolving basic complaints to maintain smooth operations, uphold supplier relations, and meet customer demands effectively. Your role: Works on basic material shortage risks, follows action to mitigate disruptions, performs return orders to suppliers, ensures smooth supply chain operations and maintains strong supplier relationships Assists in addressing and resolving the fundamental reasons behind routine availability issues, ensuring smooth and continuous supply chain operations by identifying and eliminating root causes efficiently Assists in calculating and planning basic technical aspects of purchasing goods, understanding their requirements, managing inventory including safety stock, and efficiently expediting and mitigating shortages with suppliers to uphold service levels

Requirements

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse
  • Your skills include extensive knowledge with SAP preferred
  • You have a high school diploma
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
