The Operational Excellence Manager supports Regional Development Officers (RDOs) in coaching, training, and developing District Managers (DMs). Key responsibilities include reviewing periodic reporting, improving Business Unit (BU) Operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), leading operations programs, ensuring BU compliance (e.g., EZ Visit, store audits, Closed Loop), and implementing and training on new operations programs. The role also involves supporting RDOs and DMs for New Store Openings (NTIs), Remodels & Rebuilds (R&Rs), and acquisitions integration. The manager acts as the BU communications gatekeeper, reviews shrink results, ensures Quorso/EasyOps missions are actioned, and works with RDOs and DMs on audit results for store improvement. Additionally, they serve as the point of contact for store supplies and waste management, providing reporting oversight and working within budgets, and analyzing store P&Ls. Administrative tasks, reporting, and CK360 updates are also part of the role, with an expectation of visiting stores 3 days per week.
