The Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for leading organization-wide continuous improvement initiatives, driving strategic process optimization, and ensuring operational efficiency across all functions. This role oversees improvement projects, partners with senior leadership to align process enhancements with business objectives and champions a culture of excellence throughout the organization. Requirements Responsibilities and Duties: Lead and oversee operational excellence projects aimed at streamlining processes, reducing costs, and optimizing resource utilization to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness Design, implement, and sustain process improvement strategies using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices to drive measurable results Partner with various departments to identify inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and develop actionable plans to address them, fostering teamwork and alignment across the organization Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, assess operational performance, and identify areas for further refinement Deliver comprehensive training sessions and hands-on support to employees at all levels, empowering them to utilize process improvement tools and techniques effectively Promote a mindset of continuous improvement by mentoring teams, encouraging innovative thinking, and embedding operational excellence principles into the company’s core values Ensure all operations align with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices to maintain quality and integrity Evaluate and ensure contractual agreements align with operational needs and the defined scope of work, mitigating risks and maintaining project integrity Confirm accurate invoicing to customers by validating that all work performed is within the contract's parameters and appropriately billed Ensure the vendor's contract aligns with the agreed-upon scope of work, avoiding scope creep and ensuring clarity in deliverables Work closely with Operations, Business Development, and Finance to address out-of-scope work, update contractual scopes as necessary, and ensure accurate invoice practices, maintaining financial accuracy and customer satisfaction Focus on your designated responsibilities and refrain from taking on tasks that fall outside of your role or that belong to others
