About The Position

As part of our shared support, we are partnering with our sister company, Legere Pharmaceuticals, Inc. to attract qualified candidates for their Clinical Sales Consultant opening based in Scottsdale, AZ. This is not affiliated with our internal operations. The selected candidate will be employed directly by Legere Pharmaceuticals and will work within their organizations processes, systems and leadership structure. Legere Pharmaceuticals is seeking a versatile and results-oriented Clinical Sales Consultant to represent our diverse product portfolio. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded sales professional with experience across the health and wellness landscape, comfortable selling both capital equipment and consumable products. This role is perfect for an ‘all-rounder’ who can effectively articulate the value of our aesthetic medical devices, compounded medications, and nutritional supplements to a sophisticated clientele of healthcare providers. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across all product categories within your assigned territory.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience within the health, wellness, aesthetic, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Proven ability to sell a diverse portfolio of products; experience with both capital equipment and consumables is highly desirable.
  • A demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a consultative partner.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to medspas, dermatologists, or similar aesthetic/wellness practices is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote and sell our complete portfolio, including aesthetic devices, compounded medications, and supplements.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse range of healthcare providers, from physicians and practice owners to aestheticians and clinic staff.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations for our aesthetic devices and deliver compelling presentations for our full range of product lines.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging the breadth of our portfolio to meet the varied needs of clients.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, providing insights and solutions that help them grow their practice and improve patient outcomes.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing a pipeline of opportunities across all product categories.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial contact through post-sales support.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities across both the aesthetic device and pharmaceutical/supplement markets.
